For those who are using the streamlining capabilities of the GoMangosteen system, we have some important announcements about the operation of this feature.
ONE Deadline –> Monday 11:59pm PST
There will no longer be three (3) deadlines each week, but just 1 deadline Monday at Midnight PST. This allows a week at a time to sign people up, even potentially reorder them before the deadline each week.
This change should allow simpler operations for Gatekeepers managing their streamlines. Once a week, before the deadline hits, it is advised to check your GoMangosteen streamline against your official XanGo downline. Update your GoMangosteen streamline to match (by making sure the “bottom” of the streamline is correct) and all the pending new signups will be entered in order in the correct location.
We’re still updating our email templates and back office instructions to match these changes. But they should all be updated soon to match what is being described here.
1. Next-day Juice shipment.
People signing up in a streamline will get an official XANGO ID# and have their juice shipped, but will be “on-hold” for final signup until after the deadline period. This gives sponsors a chance to adjust sponsor ID’s and/or placement ID’s before finalization. (available anyday.. working with XANGO right now)
2. Multiple Gatekeepers
We have added the ability for a second Gatekeeper on each streamline. Think of this as a BACKUP. Having a backup should be especially helpful for those who travel a lot, or who would like somebody to be their backup when they are unavailable. Just let us know at support if you’d like to add a second Gatekeeper to your streamline.. and who.
3. Multiple Streamline holding tank
For those managing multiple streamlines… we will have a holding tank for your new signups. You then merely have to pick which streamline they should go to, and everything else continues like normal.
4. Reorder PENDING signups
This will be a Gatekeeper-only feature. This will add the ability to rearrange the order of PENDING signups before the deadline period. Obviously we want to encourage sparing use of this, but there are special cases when you’d like to move people to the front of the line or switch around a few people.
In the meantime… you can always send a support ticket or call the support line if you have any questions or needs for your group. Everything is operational, and we will continue our enhancements without affecting current functionality.
